LJB Inc. is excited to welcome two new members to its GIS team. Kelly Haws, GISP, is LJB’s new GIS Manager, and Lucas Hershberger is a GIS Analyst. They both bring expertise and experience to better serve LJB clients with their mapping, inventory and asset management projects.
Kelly Haws has 13 years of experience and specializes in interactive web GIS development, geodatabase design and asset management projects. Using the latest in web mapping technology, she delivers a user-friendly experience and streamlined workflows that provide added value and flexibility, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions, manage information geographically, improve communication between stakeholders, and realize cost-savings from increased efficiency. Ms. Haws has a master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems and holds a GISP certification. Prior to joining LJB, Kelly led the GIS team at Montgomery County Environmental Services.
Lucas Hershberger brings 8 years of experience in using ArcMap, ArcPro, and ArcGIS Online to develop maps and tools that obtain and share data. He is also skilled in data collection, analysis and conversion. Lucas has a bachelor’s degree in Geography and was part of a project that won the 2020 Ohio Parks and Recreation Association Award of Excellence for Natural Resources & Conservation.
Kelly works from our corporate office in Dayton, Ohio, while Lucas is located in LJB’s Cleveland office.
