Over our more than 40 year history, LJB has performed water and wastewater treatment plant design, environmental permitting and compliance, utility extension, master planning, treatment plant troubleshooting, water storage tank design, wellfield design, rate studies, lift station design, stormwater permitting, drainage studies, detention/retention design and master planning.
LJB is well versed in the development of Water Supply Data Sheets and the various PTI applications required for Ohio EPA approval of water and wastewater projects. We work closely with regulatory agencies to facilitate the swift and efficient approval of our projects after submission.
In addition, LJB personnel are particularly familiar with the Rational Method, the NRCS TR-55 method, ODNR hydraulic bulletins, ODOT and USGS drainage design guidelines and FEMA floodplain regulations. LJB also has experience in hydraulic system computer modeling, field testing and monitoring for model calibration.
